At Muther Heifer Design Co, each item is handmade with care. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.
✨ Processing Time (Turnaround Time)
• All items are made to order unless stated otherwise
• Current turnaround time:
- Shirts: 10–12 business days
- Tumblers & epoxy items: up to 15 business days
Processing time does not include shipping time.
✨ Ready to Ship Items
• Items in the Ready to Ship collection will ship within 1–3 business days
• These items will ship faster than custom orders
✨ Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier (USPS/UPS) and typically range from 2–7 business days depending on location.
✨ Shipping Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
Please double-check your address before placing your order.
✨ Tracking
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
• It may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update
✨ Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided:
• We are not responsible for lost packages
• If the package is returned, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs
✨ Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the item and packaging
• We will review and work to resolve the issue
✨ Combined Orders
If your order includes both custom items and ready-to-ship items, your order may ship together once all items are complete.
