At Muther Heifer Design Co, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
✨ Custom & Made-to-Order Items
• All custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable
• Please ensure all personalization details are correct before placing your order
• We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer (spelling, colors, etc.)
✨ Ready to Ship Items
• Ready to ship items are also final sale
• No returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective
✨ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Please include clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
• We will review and offer a replacement or store credit if approved
✨ Epoxy Product Disclaimer
Our epoxy products (tumblers, pens, accessories, etc.) are handmade and may have slight imperfections such as:
• Small bubbles
• Minor variations in design
• Slight differences from mockups or inspiration photos
These are normal and make each piece unique — they are not considered defects.
✨ Care Responsibility
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, including but not limited to:
• Dropping items
• Exposure to extreme heat
• Dishwashing epoxy products
• Soaking items
Please follow all care instructions provided with your product.
✨ Cancellations
• Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
• After this time, production may have already started and cancellation will not be possible

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped
